Tank and bitumen handover boundaries
The synthetic jet compound totals 120 ML with 45 ML in service. A real handover pack must include design approval, weld/NDT records, settlement baseline, leak tests, API 2350 overfill proof tests, fire-system checks, product-quality release and signed acceptance.
