Parcels remain outside usable stock until discharge, testing and release. Auckland arrivals also require an available onward transfer route.
Regional usable stock is a separate downstream inventory scenario, not additive to terminal tank stock. Inbound parcels are split: jet 12 ML Auckland; diesel 16 ML Auckland / 4 ML Northland; petrol 18 ML Auckland / 2 ML Northland. No parcel is counted twice. The scenario assumes successful transfer and is invalid during a pipeline outage without alternative logistics.
